This package is for women who want support while taking a break from drinking and figuring out what they want going forward.
It’s also a good fit if you’re already living alcohol-free and want help working through specific challenges to find sustainable solutions.
This includes:
• Two 60-minute Zoom sessions, held in week one and week four
• Daily text or email support between sessions so you’re not doing this alone
• An audio recap and notes after each session to help you stay connected to our work
• A 60-day complimentary trial inside my community for midlife women, Team Alcohol-FreeIn total, you will have 90 days of support.

This package is for women who want support while taking a break from drinking and figuring out what they want going forward.
It’s also a good fit if you’re already living alcohol-free and want help working through specific challenges to find sustainable solutions.

• Four 45-minute Zoom sessions, held in weeks 1, 2, 4, and 6
• Ongoing text or email support between sessions
• An audio recap and notes after each session to stay connected to our work
• A 60-day complimentary trial inside my community for midlife women, Team Alcohol-FreeIn total, you’ll have three months of support.

This package is for women who are starting out, want to ease into sobriety, and need extra guidance and support along the way.
It’s designed to give you time to remove alcohol and build a solid foundation to stay alcohol-free.
This includes:
• Six 45-minute Zoom sessions, held in weeks 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8
• Ongoing text or email support between sessions
• An audio recap and notes after each session to help you stay connected to our work
• A four-month complimentary trial inside my community for midlife women, Team Alcohol-FreeIn total, you’ll have about six months of support as you transition into an alcohol-free lifestyle.
When I stopped drinking on August 11, 2013, there wasn’t much information available about living alcohol-free, especially for women in midlife.
I had to create a plan to navigate life without alcohol—whether at home, out socializing, or during those “I don’t know why I want to drink” moments.
I made it through the early days and am now 12 years sober by focusing on the changes that helped me stay alcohol-free: adjusting my daily routine, setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care.
This is exactly what I’ll help you do during our time together.
Since 2018, I’ve helped women in their 30s through their 70s start living alcohol-free.
